You’re billed when the AI resolves it.

A conversation that closes with no human involved. It counts once, however many messages it took. If the AI hands over to a person at any point, it isn’t a resolution and you aren’t billed for it.

On Free, the AI pauses at 50 and everything else keeps working — inbox, help centre, widget, team. On paid plans you’re never cut off mid-month; extra resolutions are metered at your plan’s rate and appear on the next invoice.

Almost never, and we’ll tell you. Included resolutions work out at 7.8¢ on Pro, 6.5¢ on Scale and 3.0¢ on Agency, and the overage rate drops with each tier. If you’re paying overage regularly, take the next plan up.

No. Seat pricing punishes you for letting more of your team help. Team limits exist per plan, but within them everyone is included.
