When the Free allowance resets

30 days from your own start date, not the 1st of the month.

On the Free plan you get 50 AI resolutions per period. When you use them, the AI pauses until the period resets.

It resets on your own cycle

The reset is 30 days after your period started — not on the first of the month.

Your period begins when your account does. Sign up on the 12th and your allowance refreshes around the 12th, every time.

This trips people up because most software bills monthly on a calendar. Don't wait for the 1st; check the card.

Where to check

The plan card at the bottom of the sidebar shows both numbers: how much you've used, and how many days until the reset. The Billing tab shows the same usage in more detail.

What resets

The AI resolution count, and nothing else. Your conversations, contacts and articles are untouched — this is a meter, not a clear-out.

On a paid plan the same 30-day period governs billing, but reaching your included amount doesn't stop anything: further resolutions are charged as you use them. The reset date matters for your invoice rather than for whether the AI keeps working.

If you've paused mid-month

Two options: wait for the reset, or upgrade. Upgrading takes effect immediately and the AI resumes at once — you don't wait for the next period to benefit from it.
